You may use SelfieForge only to create portraits of yourself or with the explicit permission of the person depicted. You must own or have rights to any photo you upload.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create: non-consensual intimate imagery; images of minors; deceptive impersonation; harassment; or anything illegal. We may block and report such use.

3. AI disclosure

Outputs are AI-generated. You are responsible for labeling them as such where disclosure is required (for example on dating profiles, professional bios, or published content).

4. No warranties

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results, likeness accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your uploaded photos. Generated outputs are provided under the license associated with your plan. Our brand, site, and code remain ours.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
