Last updated: 2026-08-27. This policy explains how SelfieForge handles photos, prompts, generated images, and service data.
We process the photo you choose to upload, your prompt and selected style, generated image results, and limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service. We do not ask you to upload contacts or unrelated files.
When you select Generate, your photo and generation instructions are transmitted over HTTPS to our Cloudflare server-side proxy. The proxy sends them to our contracted image-generation provider and returns the generated image URLs to your browser. Provider credentials stay on the server and are never stored in or exposed to your browser.
Your uploaded photo is used only to provide the generation you request, maintain service security, and address failures or abuse. We do not use uploaded faces to build our own face database, sell biometric profiles, or create advertising audiences. Temporary copies may be processed or retained by infrastructure and model providers for the limited period required to deliver and secure the service under their applicable terms.
Generated results are returned through time-limited provider URLs. Downloaded copies are saved by your browser to your device. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, using only authorized photos, and disclosing AI-generated content where appropriate.
We may use essential storage and basic logs for service operation, abuse prevention, credit balances, and support. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; SelfieForge does not store full payment-card numbers.
Product analytics is first-party and cookie-less: we record aggregate page views and non-content events (tool start, completion, errors) without setting cookies and without storing IP addresses or user agents.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your use of the service. Contact us with enough information to locate the relevant request. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
This service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Uploading or generating images of minors is prohibited.
