What is SelfieForge? +
SelfieForge is a tool that helps you create AI-generated portraits — headshots, profile pictures, and styled photos — from a photo you upload. It is intended for personal, authorized use only.
What photo should I upload? +
Use a clear, front-facing selfie with good lighting. You must own the photo or have the rights to use it. Don't upload other people's photos without their permission.
Are the results really AI-generated? +
Yes. All outputs are AI-generated and should be shared as such. We recommend labeling them clearly where it matters (e.g. dating profiles, professional bios).
Can I use someone else's face? +
No. Uploading or generating images of other people without their consent is prohibited by our Terms. The tool is for creating portraits of yourself.
What about NSFW or deceptive content? +
Not allowed. We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, and deceptive content. Such use is blocked and may be reported.
How is my photo handled? +
Your photo and prompt are sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare server-side proxy only when you request a generation. The proxy forwards the request to our image-generation provider and returns the result. We do not ask you to enter a provider API key, and the provider key is never exposed in your browser. Do I need an API key? +
No. SelfieForge uses a server-side integration. You only upload your authorized photo, choose a style, and generate. No API key is stored in your browser.
What resolution will I receive? +
Portraits are requested in a high-resolution 3:4 portrait format. The exact pixel dimensions returned by the model are shown under each result, and images download at the provider's original resolution without browser resizing or square cropping.
How do I save my portraits? +
Use the Download button below any portrait, or choose Download all. On mobile, if your browser opens the image instead, press and hold the image and choose Save to Photos or Download Image.
